Pina is a peaceful village in the Algaida municipality. It has some very fertile areas and other non-irrigated fields with almond, carob and fig trees.

There are plenty of archaeological remains and ruins from the Islamic era. The many interesting places to visit include the Parrish Church, Sa Creu, the Convent, the Well and the Pina valley.

Fuente de Pina
We find this well just next to the village entrance, surrounded with ivy, elms and poplars as well as dry stone benches and the old covered washing troughs.

The Pina Valley and lookout point
On the way out of the village, heading towards Sineu, we find a look out point with a magnificent view of this breathtakingly beautiful valley.

The Convent
Founded in 1856, a new building was built later, on the other side of the road, and joined to the old convent by a bridge. There is a small museum inside the convent.

Creu de Pina
A neo-gothic cross built in 1908, just by the entrance to the well.

The Sant Cosme and Sant Damià Parrish Church
Built upon the structure of an older church, dating back to the 16th century. It boasts two towers topped with statues of the patron saints. Most of the interior is covered with al fresco paintings or paintings on canvas.
