DESCRIPTION
We leave Inca and take the road Cami Vell de Muro (entrance after 5 kilometres from Inca, first exit of the roundabout) towards Llubí. From Llubí, we walk towards Santa Margarita, and after 2 kilometres we take the road Camí de Sa Creu de Sacril. A sign on the left hand side indicates the way. We continue towards Sa Pobla and take the road of S’Albufera. This beautiful region is declared protected landscape. Now we arrive in a tourist area called Can Picafort, where we turn left towards Puerto de Alcudia in order to look for the road Carretera del Mal Pas. Once we arrive at the marina, we start to walk up towards the hermitage Ermita de la Victoria. Now we pass by the sea that is less than two metres away. This is where the proper ascent starts with a percentage of more than 15% in some stretches. There are two alternative routes on the left hand side that also lead to the hermitage. We should avoid taking these routes: the first one directs us towards a shooting rage and the second one to the military zone of Cap del Pinar. You can walk the major part of the latter divert and enjoy impressive views of the surroundings of the lighthouse of Formentor. We now hit the road towards Alcudia and pass fortifi ed precincts, where a street market is held on Sundays. We now make our way towards Port de Pollença on the bicycle track that passes by the sea. Before we arrive at Port de Pollença, we turn left towards Pollença and take a road that provides us with a view of the mountain del Puig de Maria (333m) in all its glory, with its church and a hermitage of the 14th century. We take the road towards Inca and go off course towards Campanet (Fonts Ufanes area). Then we walk past the hermitage Sant Miquel on the right hand side. Before arri ving at Moscari, we take a road to the left where the Cami Vell de Moscari begins. This road leads us towards Inca.
