Since 1931, the winery José Luís Ferrer has produced some of the islands’ best wines within the certificate of origin of Binissalem. Their red Reserve 2003, made from Mantonegro and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, is one of the favourites of the region.

Shiny, ruby red in colour with a base bouquet of citric, vanilla, oak and spices. It is velvety in taste, with a long-lasting finish which brings out the aromas of the vintage, particularly liquorice.
After a 21-day fermentation and maceration process in stainless steel deposits, it spends 14 months in cask and 23 in bottle. It is fit for consumption during the next five years, served at a temperature of 18ºC.
