Preparation
• Preheat oven to 190 º C.
• Open the bag and pour the contents into a baking tray.
• Pour the juice over the lamb.
• Put in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
• Carefully remove and serve in its own juice.
• Let your palate do the rest!
